Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products or services. You should understand that by using our online services or ordering products or services via our online services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in force at the time you place an order.

We reserve the right from time to time on this page to modify these online services terms and conditions that were last updated on Apr 4, 2017.

By accessing, browsing, using or registering with any of our online services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety as well as all other applicable laws.

Our Information

Our site is to provide an easy and convenient food ordering, booking event catering services and booking cooking classes to our guests. Our online food ordering service allow guests to submit orders for delivery . At present we are restricted for Food delivery orders within Copenhagen, Denmark. Other services like Corporate or Home Events Catering and Cooking Lessons ,are open to other locations depending on the size of order and availability of our Kitchen at that time.

Processing orders

By placing an order through our online services you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.

  1. Once you have selected your order, it can be submitted by pressing confirm.
  2. We will confirm our acceptance of your online order by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products are available and can be delivered as requested. The order is confirmed only when we email you the Confirmation.
  3. If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example because that Product is not in stock or no longer available, we will inform you of this by e-mail or by telephone and we will not process this item on your order. We will, however, attempt to provide a suitable substitute product.
  4. If at any time prior to pressing confirm, you decide you do not wish to proceed with your order, close the application window. You will receive a confirmation email providing the details of your order notifying you that your order is being processed.
  5. Where any payment you make is not authorised you will be returned to the previous page and your order will not be confirmed.
  6. It is important that you check that the information you provide is correct. Ensure that your mailbox is in proper working order, as all correspondence regarding your order is sent to this address. Incorrect personal details may lead to delays or problems in processing.

Occasionally there may be delays with processing payment transactions, which may result in payments taking up to sixty days to be charged to your credit card or deducted from your bank account.

Delivery will be completed when we deliver the product to the address you gave us (Delivery Location). If you fail to take delivery of the Products then, except where such failure or delay is caused by our failure to comply with our obligations, delivery shall be deemed to have been completed at the time we attempted delivery and we may resell or otherwise dispose of part or all of the Products and, after deducting reasonable storage and selling costs, account to you for any excess over the price of the Products or charge you for any shortfall below the price of the Products.

Allergen Infos
Our food may contain Nuts,dairy ,wheat ,soy ,peanut fish and Egg product .Customers are advised to let us know, if any food can cause allergic reaction ,prior to order.
If you would like to know the list of ingredients ,we will be more than happy to give you.

Specific Allergy information ( gluten -free , lactose free and nuts free Dishes)

We also prepare dishes with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs and wheat in the same kitchen. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consumer for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies.


You have the right to cancel an order at any time up until 20 minutes after you have placed the order. Guests can cancel an order only by telephoning the Kitchen.
CPHLunchbox reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance and will notify you immediately of such cancellation.
You will not be charged for cancelled orders made in accordance with these cancellation provisions. Any orders cancelled outside these provisions, will be charged and no refund is possible.


It is fundamental to CPHLunchbox that the quality of food produced for orders placed through our online services and any services therein maintain the high standard we guarantee.
In the event you have a complaint about the quality of food or service provided by our Kitchen via our online services, then any compensation should be sought directly from the Kitchen the order was placed. Remember this is not commercial kitchen where the ingredients are measured in robotic accuracy and hence taste is not bound to be same every other time. This is done by our passionate Chef who is bound to experiment and test fusions and any change of taste in food is only an attempt by our Chef to make your meal taste better and healthy. Also please note that taste of the cooked food varies depending on the seasonal vegetables/meats we procure from our Partner organic farms. This is normal variation and is not eligible for refund.

Payments will be reimbursed using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Occasionally there may be delays with processing refund transactions, which may result in transactions taking up to thirty days to be refunded to your bank account.

Price and payment
Product prices are as quoted on our online services and include VAT.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However no changes will affect orders in respect of which you have been presented with at the confirmation screen.
Payment can be by credit or debit card at the point of ordering. We accept payment cards from Maestro, Visa, American Express and MasterCard.
At the point of confirmation your credit or debit card can be authorized and the full amount marked for payment. Payment on your bank statement will be noted to CPHLunchbox.
Occasionally there may be delays with processing payment transactions, which may result in payments taking up to sixty days to be charged to your credit card or deducted from your bank account.

Website permissions, trademarks and access

The content, functionality and design of our online services is protected in the Denmark and elsewhere in the world by copyrights, trademarks, designs and design rights as well as other intellectual property rights either used by us under license from a third party owned by CPHLunchbox.
No part of our online services may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without prior written permission from CPHLunchbox.
Any rights not expressly granted in these CPHLunchbox Online Services Terms and Conditions are reserved.
CPHLunchbox makes every effort to ensure our online services are normally available 12 hours a day; we will not be liable if for some reason these services are not available at any time for any period.
The transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we take precautions to ensure the protection of your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our online services. Any transmission is at your own risk.
Any communications or material you transmit through our online services by electronic mail or otherwise including but not limited to data, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. We will comply with our privacy policy in respect to any personal information we receive from you. Anything you transmit or post shall subjected to our privacy policy, become the exclusive property of and may be used by the CPHLunchbox and certain companies performing services on our behalf.
Furthermore, depending on how you submit your communication, your Facebook or Google username or any other username and / or email may be included with any publication or republication or the contents of transmission.
The trademarks and logos displayed on our online services include the registered and unregistered trademarks and logos of CPHLunchbox. Nothing in these CPHLunchbox Online Services Terms and Conditions may be construed as granting any licence or right to use any of the trademarks and logos without the prior written permission of CPHLunchbox or other proprietor of the trademarks and logos. Any use of the trademarks, logos or any other content on our online services except as provided in these terms and conditions are strictly prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, CPHLunchbox provides our site and content on an “as-is” and “as available” basis and we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the content or availability of our site, or that it will be timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected.
Subject to the previous paragraph, neither CPHLunchbox nor CPHLunchbox directors, officers, agents, employees or contractors shall have any liability for any direct, indirect, special or consequential losses or damages (including without limitation, damages for loss of business or loss of profits), arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use or inability to use our site.
Both our liability and the liability of any CPHLunchbox for losses you suffer as a result of either CPHLunchbox breaking this contract, including deliberate breaches, is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product(s) you purchase.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions, CPHLunchbox will use all reasonable endeavours to resolve any issues arising from the submission of order via our online services including the processing of all credit or debit card refunds and chargebacks where appropriate.
